I am fascinated by the collaboration between the body, emotions and thought patterns.
You could say that the body is the storybook of the mind.
In the body to manifest thoughts and emotions give a voice to every story.
Although I have the body as input and use a sounding board, I am primarily interested in consciousness processes.
It’s a chore to discover which beliefs underpin our lifestyle. These beliefs often cause (physical) discomfort, discontent and stress. The nice thing is that every knowledge this brings about a positive change in our system. The self-healing power of our being is addressed.
